ATLANTA, Ga (AP) – Douglas County prosecutors are expected to ask for the death penalty for Tracen Franklin during his sentencing hearing today. He was convicted yesterday in the brutal 2010 beating death of Bobby Tillman. The 18-year-old victim was randomly picked out for the attack while attending a party. Emanuel Boykins is already serving a life sentence while two other defendants have yet to go on trial.
